Western golf association
The Western Golf Association conducts championships for professional and amateur golfers, promotes the use of youth caddies and supports the Evans Scholars Foundation's efforts to award full tuition and housing college scholarships to high-achieving caddies with limited financial means.

National Ski Patrol (NSP) has been at the forefront of ski area safety, rescue, and outdoor emergency care, ensuring that skiers, snowboarders, bicyclists and outdoor enthusiasts can enjoy their adventures with confidence. With over 30,000 members across the United States, Canada, Europe, and Asia, NSP is the leading organization dedicated to safety and service in snow sports and mountain recreation. NSP’s mission is to promote safety and service in outdoor recreation by educating, training, and leading dedicated patrollers who assist those enjoying mountains, trails, and slopes.

SecureFutures empowers teens with practical money‑management skills through financial education and mentoring, helping them make informed decisions and build stronger, more financially confident communities.
CPR INSTRUCTOR
A CPR Instructor helps strengthen communities by teaching lifesaving skills that prepare people to respond confidently in emergencies. Through hands‑on training and clear, practical guidance, CPR instructors empower individuals of all ages to act quickly and effectively when it matters most.
THE ROTaRY
Rotary International is recognized as the first and oldest service organization in the world. Rotary is a global network of community‑minded leaders who unite to create lasting change. Through service projects and humanitarian initiatives, Rotary members work together to promote peace, support education, strengthen local economies, and improve quality of life in communities around the world.
special olympics
Special Olympics provides year‑round sports training and competitions for children and adults with intellectual disabilities, creating opportunities to build fitness, confidence, joy, and meaningful connections within their communities. Through inclusive sports, the organization fosters acceptance and empowers athletes to showcase their abilities on and off the field.
Baird Gives Back
Many Baird associates team up during Baird Gives Back Week, an event held annually in the spring, to serve local community organizations that are in need of help. In 2024, associates donated nearly 6,500 volunteer hours to help support non-profit organizations and individuals across the firm’s global footprint.
